Delcom Engineering:

Delcom focus on usb solutions and provide pre-programmed chips and OS X drivers for the Cypress EZ-USB series. They also have a nice USB starter kit - works great on OS X.

Capilano Computing:

Capilano Computing offers great ECAD software for Mac users. They are the makers of DesignWorks Professional an easy-to-use electronic circuit schematic drawing tools. You can also find other great software in their web site.

Boenig and Kallenbach:

Boenig and Kallenbach is a German Company makers of the Service USB board. The Service USB board has its own power supply so you can drive different loads up to 15 watts directly from the board. The inputs can retrieve the status from switches and push buttons as well as the analog value from sensors in the range of 0-5V. It has eight each digital inputs and outputs as well as eight bit inputs.

Perfectly Scientific, Inc:

PSI is the maker of the b-Top data adquisition and control board. The b-Top seems to be a popular board among Mac users. The b-Top is used in the Mac-Mini robot. The b-top has 8 analog inputs and outputs and 16 digital i/o lines. It offers a good set of source code to get MacUser started.
